Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Shipping is subject to stock availability. Once an order is placed, if the item is in stock, it will be prepared and packaged within 1–3 business days prior to dispatch.

How long does delivery take? Delivery times depend on your location:

• Within India: 5–7 business days
• International: 15–20 business days

Please note that unexpected events like weather, holidays, or natural disasters can sometimes cause delays. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee exact delivery dates as this is managed by the shipping carrier.

Will I get a tracking number? Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number. You'll receive it once your order has shipped. Since we source products from different locations, some items may be shipped separately.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge — just make sure to do it within 24 hours of placing it.
